Delivery Areas
Right now, we offer delivery in the USA. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Time
Most of our orders arrive within *10-14 business days. We provide a money-back guarantee that is we will re-ship or provide refund if your order is not delivered within 30 business days from the date your order was shipped. However, we do not guarantee the same in the case of an incomplete or incorrect address provided. Once the order is delivered to the provided address, the order is the receiver’s responsibility.
*This doesn’t include our 2-4 business days processing time.
P.S: In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, we would not be able to refund or reship the order.

We do advise our customers that at certain times of the year, like the holiday season or when there are extreme weather conditions, shipping times may be longer than usual.

Dispatch Time
We need 2-4 business days to process your order, ship it and provide a tracking number.

Tracking information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
